How to Download RuneScape on Windows 7 and Enjoy the Fantasy World of Gielinor

I just discovered that the windows launcher is no longer compatible with 32bits windows. Thing is that I'm in a hospital with my father since Friday, and by the news, he's spending some more days here on observation. That means I'll be here with him 2. So I asked my wife to bring me her laptop, as my computer is a desktop and would be impractical. Thing is, her laptop is really old (I'm updating it, but didn't had the time yet to install an data SSD with w10 64b) and it's running windows 7 32 bits. I'm really tired of playing on my phone, and that's the only reason I asked her to bring the laptop (my father is okay, he went through a surgery but everything was fine and successful, he's in observation because the surgery needed the use of contrast, and this affected his kidneys a bit, so the medics decided to keep him here in observation and medical care untill his kidneys normalize).

I haven't played in quite a while, the Old School will work in browser, but when I sign in to my account I'm at the training island. I would like my progress back and besides I want to play the latest version of Runescape. I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron. I couldn't find anything very relevant or anything that would work on the support on runescape.com. Can anyone help me please? I really want to play. I've updated my graphics drivers, I think, but when I open the NXT client it loads and on the bottom of the screen it still says it has been 2000+ days since they have been updated. Once the NXT client loads it just shows a black screen, although I do hear the music. This is very frustrating I really want to play the newest version. Please help.
