I started testing Playback in ivms-4200 lite and v3.3.x for Windows, but it doesn't seem to list recordings made before today?! When we try to download a recording for a previous day, ivms reports no file found! There is no issue using Hik-Connect apps but downloads are limited to video footage of 2 minutes in Android.

We also discovered MP4 downloads through ivms-4200 lite/v3.3 offered no sound when played through VLC player for Windows and Android. We eventually learned of VSplayer and conversion tools to resolve the problem.
